Doyle Dady Laird was born Dec. 2, 1924 to Clyde A. and Ollie Bea Dady Laird. He died Sept. 13, 1944 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, East Coast Memorial, New York, NY.
Petty Officer Laird served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Warrington (DD-383) which sank in a violent hurricane along the Atlantic coast. He was MIA/FOD.

William Lacey Lamberson was born Oct. 30, 1916 to Dare Houghton and Francine Lacey Lamberson. He died Jan. 22, 1945 and is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing, Court 3, Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii and in Forest Cemetery, Oskaloosa, IA.
Lt. Commander Lamberson served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Oklahoma (BB-37), USS Farragut (DD-348), USS Richmond (CL-9) and was attached to Fighting Squadron Three. He was KIA in the Asiatic area in the line of duty and was awarded the Navy Cross, Distinguished Flying Cross and Purple Heart.
