Milo Aldrich “Mike” Raim was born Dec. 31, 1920 to William G. and Rose J. Petrik Raim. He died Dec. 30, 2003 and is buried in Blain Cemetery, Swisher, IA.
Maj. Raim served with the U.S. Air Force for 21 years as an officer, pilot and instructor including his WWII service when he became a German POW.

James Edward Ralston was born Aug. 5, 1920 to Weston David and Geraldine E. Peterson Ralston. He died Apr. 12, 1945 and is buried in Lorraine American Cemetery, St. Avold, France.
Capt. Ralston served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 365th Fighter Squadron 358th Fighter Group and was KIA as a pilot on a P-47 Thunderbolt on a mission over Germany. He was awarded the Air Medal with 9 Oak Leaf Clusters and the Purple Heart.
