Anthony Palumbo was born Oct. 14, 1915 to John and Josephine Palumbo. He died Oct. 21, 1944 and is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing, Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Sgt. Palumbo served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 392nd Bomber Squadron, 30th Bomber Group and was MIA/KIA in the Bonin Islands. He was awarded the Purple Heart, Air Medal and Distinguished Flying Cross.

Lewis Irl Patterson was born Feb. 5, 1906 to Durward Belmont and Nellie Lourene Antles Patterson. He died Dec. 15, 1945 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Petty Officer Patterson served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Langley (CV-1 and was one of the survivors of the sinking of that ship. The survivors were taken aboard the USS Pecos (AO-6) which was then sunk. The USS Whipple (DD-217) arrived on the site of the sinking of the Pecos and rescued 22 men. Lewis was not among them. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Lt. Pryor served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 4th Ferry Command and died in Calcutta, India while in the service of his country.
