Paul Edward Edwards was born July 14, 1910 to Albert Edward and Carrie Adel Knauss Edwards. He died Mar. 7, 1994 and is buried in Lakewood Memorial Park, Jackson, Mississippi.
Major Edwards served in World War II with the U.S. Army in the China, Burma, India Theater as assistant to the executive officer of the Service of Supply Forces that were forging the Ledo Road across the mountains of Northern Burma to China.

Maurice Eugene Eigler was born May 30, 1920 to Frederick William and Blanche Lewis Eigler. He died Nov. 5, 1944/FOD Mar. 27, 1946 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines. He has a cenotaph in Willow Cemetery, Greene County, IA.
1st Lt. Eigler served with the U.S. Army Air Corps 793rd Bomber Squadron, 468th Bomber Group, Very Heavy and was MIA as the co-pilot of B-29 “Lethal Lady”. He was awarded the Air Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster and Purple Heart.

Edward Joseph English was born May 28, 1920 to Harry Glen and Florence Pittoll English. He died Feb. 22, 1944 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Petty Officer English served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Scorpion (SS-278) and was lost at sea when that submarine failed to return from patrol operations in the Pacific area. He was MIA/FOD/KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.
