Harold Earl “Bud” Crane was born May 23, 1921 to Lewis and Mae Elizabeth Parks Crane. He died Nov. 17, 1944 and is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Cherokee, IA.

Sgt. Crane served in World War II with the U.S. Army 378th Infantry, 95th Division and was KIA during the Battle of the Bulge.

Richard Eugene Crippen was born Jan. 14, 1920 to Hughie E. and Genie Myrtle Kintzley Crippen. He died Apr. 2, 1996 and is buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Prescott, AZ.

Sgt. Crippen served in World War II with the U.S. Army 126th General Hospital.
