Know ye, That John Reinhart a Private of Captain Adoniran J. Tisdale's Company, (F), 4th Regiment of Iowa Infantry VOLUNTEERS, who was enrolled on the fifth day of October one thousand eight hundred and Sixty four to serve one years, or during the war, is hereby Discharged from the service of the United States, this twenty fourth day of July 1865, at Louisville, Ky by reason of Expiration of Term of Service.

[No objection to his being re-enlisted is known to exist.)*

Said John Reinhart was born in Switzerland in the State of [blank], is 34 years of age, 5 feet 8 1/2 inches high, light complexion, blue eyes, brown hair and by occupation when enrolled a Farmer.

Given at Louisville Ky , this twenty fourth day of July 1865.
