Know ye, That John Minnihan a First Sergeant of Captain P.W. Houlihan's Company, (F), of the Sixteenth Regiment of Infantry U.S.A. VOLUNTEERS, who was enlisted on the Twenty ninth day of February one thousand eight hundred and Sixty four to serve Three years, or during the war, is hereby Discharged from the Army of the United States, in consequence of expiration of Term of Enlistment.

(No objection to his being re-enlisted is known to exist.)

Said John Minnihan was born in the State of Vermont, is 26 years of age, five feet Ten inches high, Light complexion, Grey eyes, Light hair and by occupation when enlisted a Soldier.

Given under my hand at Savannah Ga. , this Twenty Eight day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.
