of U.S. Infantry (No objection to his being re-enlisted is known to exist.*) Said John Minnihan was born in Brattleborough the State of Vermont, is Twenty one years of age, five feet Ten inches high, Light complexion, Grey eyes, Light hair and by occupation when enlisted a Farmer. Given at Tyners Station Tenn. this Twenty eighth day of February 1864. R.P.
