this second day of June
1863, at Geneva N.Y. by reason of being mustered out
of service expiration of term of service Said George Wexsmith was born in Prussia in the State of [blank] is 22 years of age, 5 feet 2 inches high, light complexion, blue eyes, light hair and by occupation when enrolled a Cabinet Maker.
