City, Iowa by
reason of Orders, Secretary of War Said Bertrell Gotham was born in [blank] in the State of New York, is (18) Eighteen years of age, 5 feet 6 1/2 inches high, Light complexion, Hazel eyes, Brown hair and by occupation when enrolled a Farmer.
