Birth Record Look-up/Verification

Hello,
My name is Rosalie Adkins. I reside in Hartford City,Indiana.
I'm trying to verify the Birth Records for the following Children,and by doing so,hopefully find out more info on the parents !!

Children - 2 Daughters

Francis Anderson - Birth: Abt. 1911
Evelyn Elizabeth Anderson -
Birth: October 9,1917 Clarion,Iowa

Parents: Samuel & Leta A. Anderson

Samuel Anderson - Death: Abt. 1917
Would like to find an Obit.

Leta & the daughters moved here to Blackford County,Indiana about 1919.
I'm trying to possibly verify the Births for the daughters,in which,their Birth Records,might provide more info on their parents.
I haven't been able to find more Death info for
Samuel Anderson or haven't been able to locate
the Marriage Record for Samuel & Leta A. Anderson.
Leta - Birth: Dec.21,1882 Webster City,Iowa

Death: After 1930 Census/Blackford County,In.

Not certain if the Marriage Record for Samuel &
Leta A. Anderson would be there in Wright County.
