Not sure of your source for the place of death since Iowa City is in Johnson County and not Wright County. You did not provide her birth date or approximate date of birth nor any husband's name or other locations or residences.

The only person I could locate who may fit was a Harriet Barton who was born on 22 July 1832 and died on 15 October 1878, supposedly in Griswold, Cass County, Iowa. She is enumerated in the 1860 census in Washington County, Iowa and in the 1870 census in Cass County, Iowa. I could not locate any reliable source for the date of death -- only researchers' postings. You might check Cass County cemeteries. It appears that her husband remarried in 1880 in Cass County, moved to Utah between 1891 and 1900, died there and is buried with his second wife in Provo, Utah. Harriet is probably buried somewhere near Griswold in Cass County where they lived. That is if she is the Harriet you are seeking. Lacking a birth year or other information in your post, this is the best I could find for you. Hope it helps.
