Interpreting land locations identifier

BURNS ALSO LISTED AS BYRNE AND BYRNES

The 1885 Iowa State Census lists the Byrns family living at Township 92, Range 24, Section 19, in the W 1/2 of NW 1/4. Does anyone know how to translate this into a specific location in or near Clarion, Wright County, Iowa?
