1902 Birth

I am seeking information about an individual for which I have very little information. Benjamin Franklin [Unknown] was born 21 Jul 1902 in Iowa. His death record indicates that his mother's maiden name was Fank. I know that her first name was Mary. There is a Mary Fank living in Wright County on the 1900 census, so that is why I am posting to the Wright County board. Benjamin apparently was adopted by Philip DeLagoon and was raised in Minnesota. When his mother died (1910-1920), he remained with his stepfather. His stepfather remarried and then died. Benjamin remained with his stepfather's 2nd wife after that. ANYWAY, I have NO idea what Benjamin's surname was at his birth. Anyone have access to Wright County birth records, 1902?
