Frederick William Blood and Clara Sophia Hinterberg (born Mary 1882, Wisconsin) were married in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin on 4 July 1901. She was the daughter of William Hinterberg (born October 1839, Germany) and Ernestine ( ) Hinterberg (born February 1838, Germany);
Their children were: Marie M. Blood (born ca 1905, Wisconsin)
Harold M. Blood (born 10 March 1907, Eau Claire County, Wisconsin
Cecilia B. Blood (born ca 1909, Wisconsin)
Ida Eythie Blood (born 20 August 1912 in Sherburne County, MN)
Her twin Edith Edna Blood (20 August 1912-21 August 1912 in Sherburne County, MN
Nina Mary Blood (born 28 November 1913 in Sherburne County, MN)
Clarence Leroy Blood (born 6 November 1917 in Clarion, Wright, Iowa)After Frederick died in 1917, Clara was a widow for several years and then married James A. Glazier (source 1930 Iowa, Cerro Gordo County census).
According to an extraction from her obituary in the Prairie du Chien Courier Press (15 March 2006) “Nina M. Priebe...was born November 28, 1913 in St. Cloud, Minn., daughter of John and Mary (Baumgartner) Nina M. Priebe, 92, died suddenly Sunday, March 12, 2006”; I checked the Minnesota birth record index for Nina. She was definitely born as Nina Mary Blood on 28 November 1913 and her mother was Clara Hinterberg. Perhaps the stepfather, James Glazier was the son of a Baumgartner. I believe that the information in her obituary is incorrect. Perhaps you should locate the death dates and burial locations for Clara and James Glazier. James was born in about 1874 and was living in 1930. Clara was born in 1882 and living in 1930. Your mother may know where they are buried.
