Finding a person

I am working with DeEtta Jean LeRiger a friend of mine to see if we can find out if she was really born in Sioux City, Woodbury, Iowa on May 5, 1954. Her name at the time was Ethel Mae Morton BD 11/26/1928. Some strange things happened when she was between 3-5 years of age. She asked her mother Ruby Edith Vandel if someone would "come get her". Her mother said to her, "no one is coming to get you." She was then told her name would be DeEtta Jean LeRiger. Her mom married Robert Eugene LeRiger BD Jan 1, 1929 Iowa.
