SIOUX CITY - Randall R. "Randy" Blades, 69 of Sioux City, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024 at a local hospital.
Funeral Services will be held 11 am Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation begins 9 am Thursday until service time.
Randall Ray Blades was born on October 12, 1954 in Sioux City, the son of Everett and Ora Blades. Randy graduated from North High School in 1973.
Randy worked as a mason for 40 years in the Sioux City Public School system, retiring in 2018. During his early years he enjoyed fishing with his family. Randy enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle and driving his various sport cars over the years.
Randy is survived by his son, Wayne Blades, daughter, Jessica Blades and her husband Kalo Hauser; grandchildren, Maddie, Chante, Dawson, and Damion; his sister, Leslie Blades; and his girlfriend throughout the years, Bonnie Trobaugh.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Chris Blades and one sister, Mickie Blades.
