James and Laura Rudy West Family

I have started researching my granddaughter's ancestry via my son-in-law's maternal line and am interested in the family of James West & Laura Rudy West (gg grandparents to my granddaughter). Several children of this family died of diphtheria probably before 1910 as 3 children are listed as having died on the census. Child of James and Laura - Averill West and Olive Vivian Campbell West were great grandparents to my granddaughter. Oral history has it that Averill's sister Pearl West Pigman was murdered by her husband, Clifford Pigman, sometime after 1930 as I have found them in the 1930 census. Other siblings of Averill included Bridgett, Dolly, Nora, Jon (female), Rosie - Bridget, Rosie and Jon the ones who probably died of diphtheria.

Any further information on this family would be appreciated in order to fill in my granddaughter's family tree!
