Civil War Tombstone Dedication

I have a photo copy of an article written by Walt Stevens, Editor Emeritus, that tells of a tombstone dedication for Civil War veteran, Harris Peters, Charles (Chuck) Hutchinson and wife, Vivian are mentioned. The article is long, well written and has several pictures. I would love to know the date of the paper. As far as I can tell the ceremony was on Sunday, September 2 and likely 2001. Can you verify that and is there a way to request a copy of the article from your archives? Thanks very much!
