Webster County Poor Farm

My great grandmother was Clara Tubbs Jones married to Charles H. Jones. In the 1940 census, she was said to be an inmate at the Webster County (Elkhorn Township) Home and Hospital for the Paupers and Insane. Can anyone tell me anything about this facility? She died in 1957. Thanks!
