Zelpha "Babe" Good, 76, Lehigh, died Friday, April 28, 2000 at the Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Funeral services will be Tuesday at the Christian Church of Lehigh, 10 a.m., with Rev. Richard Laird officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Lehigh. The family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Chapel of Carson Funeral Home in Dayton.
Zelpha Wilson was born June 13, 1923 at Brushy, IA., the daughter of George and Lydia Potter Yardly Wilson. She was married to Joe Good on July 11, 1942 in Lehigh. She was a mother and homemaker and was a member of the Christian Church of Lehigh.
Survivors are her husband, two daughters Connie Gustafson of Harcourt and Crystal Beisch of Lehigh, three grandchildren Mike Gustafson, Angie Lambert and Logen Beisch, two great-grandchildren Melanie and Amanda Lambert.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother and two sisters Evelyn Chalestron and Katherine Crouse.
