GLOUCESTER, N.C. - Former Stockport resident E. Gertrude Grove Anthony, 86, died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 1989, at Morehead City, N.C.

The funeral service and burial will be Monday in Gloucester, N.C.

Mr. Anthony was born Jan. 26, 1903, in Stockport, the daughter of William and Ellen Pierson Grove. She often visited her late sister Lillian Grove Yaeger and other relatives in Fairfield.

She is survived by her husband J. Paul Anthony of Harbor View Towers, Apt. 9C, Moorehead City, N.C., 28557, and a stepdaughter in Hawaii.
