Afton, Iowa
March 29th, 1888

Died--Mr. Thomas Longstreth, 80 years old. After several months illness. March 26, 1888.

He was never married. He lived in Ohio until a few years ago when he removed to Union county. He was a very quiet, industrious man, and was generally found at home.

Burial location was not given. His brother Eli was buried in Greenlawn. According to original Greenlawn cemetery records, there is an empty space, so it's possible he is buried there
