MRS. FLORA KILGORE DIED TODAY AFTER LINGERING ILLNESS
Mrs. Flora Jane Kilgore died at noon today at 300 North Vine street after a lingering illness of three years.
Mrs. Kilgore was born in 1869 in Roseville, Ill. [to James Lundy Newburn and Louisa Shepherd Newburn] For 42 years she made her home in the Cromwell community before moving to Creston last November.
She is survived by five sons, Glenn of Sandwich, Ill., Guy of Cromwell, Charles of Orient, James of Des Moines and Jess of Prescott, one daughter Effie Bacon of Tingley, two sisters, Grace Sprouse of Ellendale, N. D., and Clara Estel of Lenox, and one brother Charles Newburn of Clearfield. Her husband Curtis Kilgore, and one son Clyde, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Cromwell Congregational Church. The body will remain at McGregor Bros and Coens' until time of services.
