ORIGINAL NOTICE

In the District Court of Iowa, in and for Union County, November term, 1893. In Probate notice of application to settle the real estate.

In the matter of the estate of NANCY RANDALL, deceased.

To Bell Wellman and P.M. Randall

You are hereby notified, that on or before the 26th day of October, 1893, there will be on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Union County, Iowa the petition of I.K. White, the adminsitrator of said estate, asking the court to empower him to sell the real estate hereinafter referred described and belonging to said estate, at public or private sale, for the purpose of paying the debts of said estate; said real estate being decribed as follows, to wit: Lot five hundred and two, [502], in the town of Afton, Union County, Iowa. That said application will be heard and determined by said court at 9 o'clock A.M., on the second day of the November term, of said district court of Union County to be held on the 6th day of November, 1893, at the court house, in Creston, Union County, Iowa, and that unless you appear at said time and place the said order will be granted as prayed for in the petition.
