Everett Kingery, 22, and Leone Ruckman, 21, both of Afton, Iowa, and Arthur Travis and Irene Hixenbaugh, both of Creston, Iowa, were issued marraige licenses here Wednesday by the Clerk of Court. The later two applicates gave their age as legal.
