A pleasant time was enjoyed last Sunday evening at the Earl Carey home when a number of people called to hold a pre-nuptial shower for Miss Evia Siddens and Clifford Ruckman, who were dinner guests of Mr. & Mrs. Carey. Mr. & Mrs. Raymond Ballreich of Creston were also dinner guests.

The happy young couple were the recipients of many useful and beautiful presents. those present were: Mr. & Mrs Carl Peterson, Luther Carey, Helen Cochran, Marion Olinger, Madelyn Early, Marion and Norma Ruckman, Harold Shannon and Albert Carlson.
