At two o'clock last Saturday afternoon at the Presbyerian parsonage in Corning, IA, occurred the marriage of Miss Paula Kelly of this place to William Cronin of Creston. Rev. W. C. Mills performed the ceremony.

The wedding was a surprsie to their many friends here. Miss Kelly is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. F. H. Kelly and was a member of the graduating class this year. She is a talented young lady and very popular among the young people. The groom is a son of Dan Cronin of Creston and has many friends in Creston. Afton friends extend congratulations and best wishes.
