Miss Madelyn Early and Harry E. Ruckman were married at three o'clock yesterday afternoon at the Evangelical parsonage, Rev. L. E. Crippen saying the service. Miss Early is a daughter of Mrs. Bessie Early and since her graduation from the Afton High School has been teaching in the schools of the county. Mr. Ruckman is a son of Mr. & Mrs. Elmer Ruckman and is manager of the Farmers Grocery Co., here at Afton. Both are most excellent young people and have the best wishes of a host of friends. They will make their home here in Afton, Iowa.
