Hello:
Since public info on the records of living people is limited. The only thing I could think of is to go to www.switchboard.com and put in the surname Plender in the people finder and it comes up with two Plenders for A. A. G. and Arlin. Arlin is a good bet, it your Arlie is still living. ]
There are some Plenders in the Orange City area that may know of Arlie, use same methof for their addresses.
