Funeral services for Ray O. Atkins, Davenport, were held in Davenport Dec. 10 with burial in Davenport Memorial Park cemetery.

He was married to Helen M. Cloutier in Norwich, Conn. in 1941. He was a World War II veteran, a member of the Submarine Veterans of World War II, Roosevelt Lodge and the Loyal Order of the Moose.

He is survived by his wife, Helen; 2 daughters, Mrs. Hugo (Elaine) Burdt, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Craig (Janet) Brown, St. Peters, Mo.; a son, Paul R., Parkview; 6 grandchildren and a sister Elaine Atkins, Miami, Fla.
