OBTUARY.

Died, July 12, 1888, of consumption, Martha Ann, wife of Frank SHEPHERD.

She was the daughter of Mr. Milton LORIMER, of Washington township, whither she was taken a few weeks ago in hope that the change might prove beneficial, but died there on the above date, aged 25 years.

Her lingering and painful affliction was borne with chistian resignation, and her death was falling asleep in Jesus.

The funeral services were held in the Baptist church the following day, conducted by the Revs. T. H. JONES and G. T. SCOTT.
