NOTICE of DEATH.

DIED--Sept. 10th, at 12 o'clock, Minnie M. DRAKE, aged 12 years, daughter of Mrs. J. C. DICKSON.

She had been sick only two weeks, but had been slightly ailing since early spring. Quick consumption was the disease that destroyed her bright life. The funeral cortage consisted of thirty teams, and others on horseback. It is indeed a sad blow to her mother and brothers.

NOTE: Minnie Montana DRAKE, born April 23, 1866, died at the age of 13 years, 4 months and 7 days on September 10, 1878. She was interred at Johnston Cemetery near Kellerton, Ringgold County, Iowa.
