NOTICE of DEATH

DIED--James CRITCHFIELD, living north of Wirt, died last Saturday morning of typhoid fever. He was 21 years of age, and left a wife and two children. Verily the grim warrior is no respecter of age.

NOTE: James N. CRITCHFIELD was born on April 23, 1865 and died on September 18, 1886 with interment at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa.
