B .A. Ettleson, of Council Bluffs, has commences a suit for damages to the amount of $50,000 against the Burlington and Missouri River Railroad Company. Ettelson claims he was thrown off the Plattsmouth freight an accommodation train, on Saturday evening, between Malvern and Hillsdale Station, by Conductor Celle, while the train was running at the rate of fifteen miles per hour. He also states that he had a ticket, but that the conductor would not accept it, and because he would not pay his fare in cash aboard the train, he threw him off. He received a hurt in the leg and bled from the lungs for some time after he was thrown from the train.
