A man named Flynn was arrested in a house of ill-fame in Council Bluffs Thursday night, for the murder of Roger Mullen, at School Creek, Neb., on Wednesday. He was a partner of Mullen in a saloon, where they got into a row, and Flynn shot Mullen in the cheek, from of effects of which he died yesterday. The police of Council Bluffs were notified, and succeeded in capturing him, as above stated.
