Info. on Mavis Anna Alcott and family

I am looking for any information on my birth family. My first residence was the Iowa Annie Wittenmyer Home in Davenport, until December 29 1963, when I left to be placed in to adoption with my parents. My birth mother named me Terri Lynn Alcott, I was born on July 22, 1963 at 5:16 A.M. I just found out that Mavis passed away on July 29, 2005 at Crestview Senior Living in Webster City. Donna and Kenneth would possibly be my aunt and grandfather, and they passed away several years ago, along with my grandmother and step grandparents. I have been told that Mavis has had other children, and these are the ones that I am know looking for. I would like to find some family history, medical history and just would like to get to know my birth family.
