In 1941/42 there was an attorney handled adoption of a day old male infant in Des Moines Iowa. I have a birth date and perhaps a birth mothers name and the attorneys name. There is something about a cutoff date of 1940 of accessing records? I also have the hospital of birth. Would you please contact me about this? Thank you so much. There may also be connections to a Helen Wilkinson or a Helen Stevens who was boarding with a Flood Wilkinson at the time.
