Marriage Record-Polk or Dallas Counties

GRAHAM, MAGGS, SIMMONS, INGALS

I am looking for a marriage record for: Samuel M. Graham to Sarah Ann Simmons (might be Ingals) Maggs (might be Meggs) in the early to mid 1850's.
Any information on Sarah Ann Simmons (Ingals) who married George Maggs (Meggs)in 1849, Polk County, IA. George died in 1850 on his way or in the gold fields of California.
Sarah and her daughter, Georgianna then lived with the Reuben Sypher family, Des Moines, until she then married Samuel M. Graham (1856?). They resided on the Coon River, Adel, Iowa, until 1865. They moved to Oregon at that time.
