According to Ancestry.com, Torkel Thorson is listed in the 1889-1891 Des Moines city directory. Would some kind person have time to look up this entry and tell me what is said about Torkel. He and his brother Anders (andrew) were tailors. There may also be another brother, Nels, but he may have kept the patrynom Andersson, rather than changed to Thorson.
Their sister, Christine marreid D E Moon.
