Helen McCutcheon, 93, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2011. A memorial service celebrating Helen's life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, November 28, at Iles Funeral Homes, Westover Chapel in Des Moines. There will be no visitation held. A private burial will take place at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.
She is survived by her son, Harry E. McCutcheon, III; daughter, Linda (Roger) Littlefield; son-in-law, Mike (Nancy) Abbott; brother, John Zeman; and five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, John A. Zeman and Mary M. (Pokorny) Piskac and Charles Piskac; husband, Harry E. McCutcheon, Jr.; two brothers, Edward and Charles Piskac; and one daughter, Peggy Abbott.
Memorial contributions may be made either to: American Cancer Society or the Susan G. Komen Research Foundation.
