Linda Lea DeCamp, 68, was born April 3, 1943 in El Paso, Texas, the daughter of Jack and Rusha (Fairchild) Mathews. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at her home.
Linda is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Richard DeCamp; children, Allissa (Barry) Garrett, Cody (Diana) DeCamp, Julie Rogers and Travis (Kim) DeCamp; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Gary (Janet) Mathews; brother-in-law, Gene White; many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra White and her parents.
The family will greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, December 12, 2011 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Glendale Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Baptist Church, 3516 SE 14th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50320 in loving memory of Linda.
