Patricia, 77, of Tempe, AZ passed away on November 3, 2012. She was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother. She was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa and moved to Arizona in 1988. She was an RN at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines for 18 years and continued nursing in Arizona.
Survived by her husband of 59 years Bernard Leon Sr.; children Nicholas (Delia), Bernard (Lynn), Mary, Patrick (Robyn), Julia, Lynna (Robert) Frost, Paul (Angela). 19 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. We love you!
Visitation will be held at Queen of Heaven Mortuary 1500 E Baseline Rd. Mesa, AZ on Thursday November 8 from 5 to 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Timothy Catholic Church 1730 W. Guadalupe Rd. Mesa, AZ on Friday November 9 at 10 a.m. She will be laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
