Note: His mother's maiden name was Hanson.

The remains of Adolph I. Johnson, of Cadilac, Sask., Canadawho died suddenly Sunday, July 30, 1916 of heart trouble, arrived here today, accompanied by his brother, Arthur, of that place.

Deceased was the youngest son of J. I. A Johnson, of San Francisco, a farmer resident for many years of Union county, S. D., west of this city. Adolph had been farming in Canada with his brother, Arthur, for about five years. He was about 27 years of age and had not been ill previous to his death.

His brothers, A. B. and J. O. and his sister, Mrs. Aug. Nilson, reside west of here. The community tenders its sympathy to the relatives in the sorrow that came so suddenly and unexpectedly.

Interment was made late this (Thursday) afternoon in Riverside cemetery, R. D. McCance, a former pastor of the Akron Church of Christ, conducting a brief service at the grave.
