I know Lutheran Living has photo albums that they permit people to look at. Why don’t you contact them directly and ask about them?
Their address is 2421 Lutheran Dr. Muscatine, IA 52761. Phone is 563-263-1241.

With the threat of Covid visitors coming into the building is limited.

You could also contact Musser Public Library.
