Mary A. Frank was born in Michigan July 4, 1840 and died at her home northwest of Albion March 30, 1919, at the age of 78 years, 8 months and 20 days. She was married to Jerrymeyer [Jeremiah] Fisher June 28, 1857. To this union were born eight children, Willie who died in infancy; Mrs. Carey Brown of Albion; Mrs. Ida Carden of Wenatchee, Wash., Alice McMullen of Denver Colo., Jerry Fisher of Kansas City, Mo., Jefferson H. Fisher of Anawana, [Annawan] Ill., Maud Fay of Long Pine and Walter Fisher with whom she lived during her declining years.About 20 years ago her husband was called to the world beyond. She early gave her heart to God and for many years was an earnest, faithful, Christian. About 8 years ago she joined the Free Methodist Church and until her death was always true to her church and to her God. She appeared as a field white and ready for the harvest and ever lived in readiness for the reapers. We shall miss her prayers and the inspiration of her life. Heaven has been made happier by our loss. Funeral services were held at the home by Rev. A. D. Cohagen. Interment was made in Rose Hill cemetery.
