Contact the church archivist Julie. Always ask for sll the information in the book/register. Often notes are made on the sides of the page that would not be on a request for a marriage certificate. In the Catholic faith one of the questions asked of the couple is the name & locale of their baptizing church. One reason for this is for the publication of the banns in the baptizing churches. May also have parental information. Dick
