Graveside services for Derek C. McIntire, infant son of Phil and Peggy Goodale McIntire, were held at Oak Ridge cemetery May 4, 1989. The child died at University hospitals, Iowa City, May 1.

He was born at Iowa City April 22.

He is survived by his parents, 2 brothers, Aaron and Dustin and a sister, Amy, at home; his grandparents, Warren McIntire, West Liberty and Mr. and Mrs. William Goodale, Atalissa and his great-grandmother, Frances Goodale, Atalissa.
