Muscatine Journal: The Muscatine friends of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. McFadden, of 711 East Sixth street, will receive with sorrow the announcement of the death of their two month's old daughter, Florence, which occurred at Plummer, Idaho, recently. The McFadden family departed from here a short time ago, to enjoy a pleasant summer sojourn with George J. McFadden, a brother of the Muscatine man. The death was quite unexpected and brought the western visit to a sad termination. The child's remains were temporarily interred at Plummer but will be brought to Muscatine at a later date.
