Creston Man’s Brother Dies In Erie, Kansas

Dave Crane, 305 Seneca street, has received word of the death of his half-brother, Frank Judge at his home in Erie, Kan., on Tuesday.

He was a brother of Mrs. J. C. Thurston, formerly Mrs. Walter Cullen.

Mr. Judge lived on a ranch near Erie and he was seriously injured on Saturday while dynamiting stumps on his ranch. He lived until Tuesday. The funeral was held in Erie this morning.

Mr. Judge was quite well known in Creston having visited here many times.

NOTE: John Francis "Frank" Judge (1859 - 1926), son of Michael and Ellen (Moran) Judge, Twin of Bridget "Delia" (Judge) Curran Thurston (1859 - 1933), husband of Ellen Margaret "Ella" (Luttrell) Judge (1859 - 1925).
